Focus Group your case
Find out your case's strengths and weaknesses in the eyes of a "jury" in your case's venue. Would these simulated jurors find a document as damning as you do? How does the jury perceive your client? How do they feel about your witness?

Maybe you know how jurors think, but have you considered the shifting perspectives of Millennials and Gen Zers?
You may want to experiment with the order in which you present your evidence. Would a jury react differently if they saw Exhibit 145 only AFTER they knew certain facts? Would they be outraged regardless? Would it be completely lost on them either way?
